Compassionate Counselling
When stress, anxiety, or conflict take over, finding clarity, strength, and calm can sometimes feel out of reach - especially when there are communication challenges, generational differences, and cultural expectations.I offer holistic counselling that honours the connection between body, mind, and spirit, creating space for you to reconnect with self-trust and the inner wisdom and resilience that have supported you throughout your life, allowing for meaningful insight and growth.

trauma, including PTSD and complex trauma
feeling stuck in addictive behaviours, emotional patterns, or cycles
relationship challenges, including communication difficulties, infidelity, and family conflict
multicultural or cross-cultural experiences and generational dynamics
life transitions or uncertainty around important decisions
challenges related to school, for students and educators
experiences connected to military service, for active duty personnel and veterans
difficulty expressing thoughts and emotions through words alone
Explore, Express, Embody, Engage
In our work together, you'll be supported to explore what matters most, express what needs care, embody awareness as it unfolds, and engage in changes that feel meaningful and sustainable. My holistic therapeutic approach is guided by each person’s unique strengths and inner resources, and I use a blend of techniques from Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and creative and somatic practices.

I also offer Sandtray Therapy, which uses miniature figures in a tray of sand to explore experiences and emotions in ways that words alone may not capture; this modality may provide people of all ages with a nonverbal, symbolic way to safely access, express, process, and integrate subconscious or repressed thoughts, feelings, and energy.
